Such a fun wedding, Ashley and Butch got married at Caffé Luna in downtown Raleigh on a sunny October afternoon. Before the ceremony, we met up at the Marbles Kids Museum for a few family photos and a few laughs. It was fun watching the onlookers as we walked the bridal party down the busy street to the Café!
Caffé Luna is an intimate venue with beautiful natural light pouring in through the windows. Butch and the wedding party watched in anticipation as Ashley made her way down the aisle to her husband-to-be. Ed Sansbury of Triangle Custom Ceremonies put on a beautiful ceremony and the two sealed their marriage with a ring exchange and a passionate dip and kiss.
Two things I can say about this couple and their friends and family is that they love to laugh, and they love to party. The party started soon after the ceremony as we hopped to the next room for the reception. The newlyweds shared their first dance before moving on to some very amusing toasts and a fairly clean and neat cake cutting ceremony. You can see the wonderful relationship between Ashley and her dad in their father daughter dance and they encouraged other fathers and their daughters to join them on the dance floor as well. The night concluded with a few evening portraits outside with some of the warm Raleigh lights as a backdrop.
